AVG FREE

If you are using AVG free, you may have some questions.
Here is some help.
You may have a pop up at startup advising you that the
current version of AVG has expired. When the pop up
comes up look toward the bottom for the link that says
download version 7.5.

The old version has expired and the new version is still
FREE, but you must download it.
You will need to DOWNLOAD the new version 7.5.

AVG is still free, it has just been revised and only
will work once the new version is downloaded.

to download the file. Also during installation use the
choice "repair" installation.
Also a note to Windows 98/Windows ME users. AVG 7.5
is no longer compatable with these versions. If you are ready
to ugrade to Windows XP give us a call, you can use the
new AVG if you go with Windows XP. If not then you
can visit www.avast.com.
You can find their free Antivirus software there, although
the interface is not as user friendly as AVG free.
