If you are running the new windows Vista the clock will automatically adjust.
If you are running Windows XP or any other versions then you can go here
to microsoft to get the updates and learn what is affected, such as your outlook
calendar and tasks etc.

Remember that Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows ME are no
longer supported by Microsoft and will need to have the clock changed
